About Us

Duty & Germanas Architects, Inc. was formed by O. Michael Duty and Kestutis Germanas in 1988.  The firm was formed for the express purpose of specializing in private projects with a highly experienced staff, with emphasis on comprehensive services to all clients.

All of our work involves feasibility, including land procurement, municipal approvals, economic analysis, complete architectural services and construction administration.

We can provide all of the services you may require, including site selection, analysis, municipal approvals, design and all construction-related services. 
     
Fees for all services are negotiable, but are well within the norms. 
Architectural services vary from 7% of construction cost to 10% depending on the actual scope of work.

At present, the firm is comprised of four experienced Architects, one Architectural graduate, a Structural Engineer and two technical support personnel.  This team is capable of completing over $10 million of construction each year.

Furthermore, Duty and Germanas Architects, Inc. have been the recipients of many Design Awards.
